  1. Franchise System: Under the Dynobil Auto Expertise Solutions brand name, the Franchise provider offers broader market service by providing professional experience and commercial rights to 3rd parties for a certain period; Franchise recipients benefit from the know-how provided commercially within the scope of this contract. The Franchise provider gives the right to use its brand to the Franchise Recipient, and the Franchise Recipient accepts this right. The Franchise Recipient undertakes to use the Brands and Licensed Methods in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, using the software specified by the Franchise provider, in their modified or improved forms that will be implemented by the Franchise Owner and affiliated companies from time to time and notified by the Franchise Provider.
  2. Activity Principles: The franchise recipient will apply the service and activity principles of the franchise provider in their services and activities. However, in all their activities, they will work completely independently in legal, commercial and financial terms on their own behalf and account, and will arrange and sign all contracts they will conclude with third parties in their own names.
  3. Independence: The franchise recipient accepts in advance that they are not qualified as an agent, representative or employee of the franchise provider, and that they carry out their services independently in their own name, on their own account, with their own risk and with different tax registration.
  4. Marketing Rights: The franchise provider has the right to publish the franchise recipient's address, phones, office, information about themselves and their personnel, their photographs in their directories, lists, on the internet, in advertisements, announcements and similar publications related to the marketing of services. The franchise provider will include the franchise recipient's address and contact information in their advertisements aimed at the general franchise provider image.
  5. Product Usage: The franchise recipient will not use and offer products and services that are the subject of franchise manufactured by a 3rd natural or legal person other than the machines produced by Dynobil Auto Expertise brand that the franchise provider will provide. The sources determined and approved by the franchise provider will be considered as the first choice in goods procurement.
  6. Business Standards: The franchise recipient will follow the franchise provider's business and sales policies, business practices, standards and methods. In this environment, the franchise recipient and people working in their capacity will work by providing equipment suitable for occupational health and safety. Apart from these, they will comply with business and workplace conditions where local and central administration are united (Workplace Operating License, etc.). As a result of violation of these rules, the franchise recipient will be responsible for possible damages to the commercial reputation of the franchise provider.
  7. Product Maintenance: The franchise recipient is exclusively responsible for the maintenance and protection of products provided by the franchise provider or any source, and for creating minimum protection and maintenance conditions suitable for the product's characteristics.
  8. Brand Reputation: The franchise recipient is obliged to avoid any behavior that may damage the reputation of the brands they use within the scope of the contract.
  9. Brand Usage: The franchise recipient will display the brands within the franchise system only in places and styles permitted by the franchise provider. No other additional signs, advertisements of distributor and product selling companies, promotional tools, etc. or posters will be placed anywhere in the existing workplace without the prior written permission of the franchise provider. The franchise recipient will stop using brands, slogans and signs that the franchise provider has notified are no longer used and will remove them within the given time.
  10. Decoration Standards: The franchise recipient must use the sign indicating that the brands are registered within the scope of the contract in their commercial activities. The franchise recipient will comply with the franchise provider's standards regarding the decoration of their business (interior-exterior facade, advertising, signboard poster, etc.).
  11. Meeting Obligation: The franchise provider may hold a working meeting covering all franchise recipients at least once a year. In this case, the franchise recipient is obliged to participate in this meeting. Those who do not participate in the meeting must comply with the decisions taken in the meeting.
  12. Dynobil Card: The franchise recipient can market Dynobil cards to their customers in return for the determined premium, within the limits and conditions permitted by the franchise provider.
