Brake Test

We test in detail the effectiveness and balanced operation of the brake system, which is critical for safe driving.

Brake test is the measurement performed to determine whether safe braking is achieved at different speeds and all kinds of road conditions. Tests performed to evaluate braking performance are carried out on an inertial dynamometer by applying different loads, different speeds, different temperatures, different pedal force/brake pressure.

In this test process, brake system elements that affect braking performance are controlled. The disc-pad compatibility, i.e., ovality of the vehicle is controlled. Then, with sudden braking, maximum brake grip deviations between brakes are tested. This data is transferred to graphics and presented to you in report form.
